Salam & Hello to all,
I'm a 'one-woman show' owner of a small home-based business in baking & making vaarious types of cookies/biscuits, chocs & truffles, tartlets, cream puff, cream caramel....etc. I try to come up with something unique & different, hence the name 'Premium cookies' due to the fact that they are made from selected recipes + selected quality ingredients. 90% of my cookies/biscuits are made from US recipes. I'm a sweeth-tooth & chocoholics myself.....hence my aim is to offer my customers the best as I'm making something that I myself would indulge in :)

Biscuits/Cookies (all from US recipes except cornflakes cookies)
1. Italian Biscotti - "creamy & crunchy sensation" - mixed of almond flakes & pumpkin seeds with a drop of lemon essence
2. Almond Crisp -"nutty & cruncy sensation" - thinly cut butter biscuit with loads of almond flakes
3. Peanut butter with choc filling - "nutty & creamy indulgence"
4. Cornflakes cookies - "crunchy till the last bite"
5. Chocolate chips -"the chips that melt in your mouth"

1. Oreo Cream Cheese truffle (OCT) - "creamy & chocolaty indulgence"
2. Assorted milk/dark/white chocolate pralines
3. Assorted-flavor chocolate truffles - milk@dark@white choc + almond whole@hazelnut paste@caramel filling + 'snowy' white/milk choc topping + deco beads....in mini cuppies
4. Lolli Choc

6. Cake Pop - choc@vanilla flavor cake mixed with cream cheese + convered with choc + deco beads

Tartlets + Cream Puff + Cream Caramel....etc
1. Tartlets - blueberry cheese + nutty choc + fruit tart
2. Cream puff -soft puffy shell filed with creamy custard & topped with powdered sugar
3. Cream caramel with peach topping -"smooth & creamy"
4. Spicy Olio chicken spaghetti (adapted from my craving for Dome's cafe's olio linguine)
